• Emergency Contact Consent: You represent and warrant that you have obtained explicit consent from any third party listed as an emergency contact to share their name, relationship, and phone number with APATCALL for emergency identification purposes.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

• Payment Processing: Orders placed on our platform require successful payment through our authorized payment gateways. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your card and delivery.
• Pricing Changes: Prices for APATCALL products are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on your postal location and third-party logistics partners. APATCALL is not liable for delay or non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the user or unforeseen carrier disruptions.

APATCALL does not guarantee that third parties, medical personnel, or first responders will see, read, or act upon the information on the card during an emergency.
